Problem statement

Gen Z Holistic Health requests a full-service Marketing Campaign to increase Corporate and HR awareness of the impacts of gender affirming language in the workplace on wellbeing. 

Solution

Mission market proposes a multi-step marketing campaign that builds individual emotional connections through a small set of central narrative personas before expanding the conversation to inclusive language and wellbeing across the broader workplace.

Market opportunity

As external DEI mandates lose traction, advocacy and awareness campaigns face a growing need for approaches that resonate on a personal level. By centering lived experience and practical communication moments, his campaign leverages human-centered storytelling to encourage practical communication practices that can be adopted organically and rein forced over time.

Campaign execution 

The campaign will introduce personas through video and out-of-home marketing. A campaign website will feature anonymous stories, impact data, and practical templates. Campaign credibility will be enhanced with additional Holistic Health resources organized to resonate with the target audience. Later phases will include research-based print marketing and press releases, channels often trusted with traditional audiences.
