OBJECTIVES Development - Expanding statewide programming Volunteer Management - Recruit, train, and manage volunteers - Screen volunteers following national and state procedures - Develop and implement an in-person training to reflect the self-paced model implemented during COVID - Engage volunteers on a consistent basis - Serve as a Young Adult Presenter as needed Outreach - Manage & develop partner relationships - Lead program communications and marketing - Report program data, changes, and challenges internally and externally to funders
IMPACT

Recruited, trained, and managed 60% of volunteers, contributing to increased program engagement and support.

Implemented new recruitment strategies, increasing annual volunteer applications by over 25%.

Led over 40 presentations as a Lead or Young Adult presenter, reaching 1,670 students.

Led student advocacy sessions focused on communicating lived experience across multiple channels, including social media, email, and phone outreach.
