During my internship with Blue Cross Blue Shield HCSC, I led a process improvement project intending to improve project completion and success rates. I interviewed team members to identify pain points, then brought leadership and multiple teams together to redesign the strategy based on that feedback. Before wrapping up, I created communication tools to support the rollout.
